Hosting charity event benefiting Cancer Care Services

October 9,2010 9 am til 2pm

Existing Patients will recieve adjusment for $10

New Patients will recieve exam and x-rays for $20

All profits will goto the Cancer Care Services!!!

Please join us for food, silent, auctions, and local entertainment!!!

If you would like to donate we are looking for monetary, food, silent auction and door prizes.
